  2. NFTs are NOT scarce! You don't own a unique piece of art, what you own is a unique "certificate of authenticity" to something that nobody cares about and is not enforceable to maintain your ownership. The art itself is easily copied and your "ownership" is meaningless since you would still need to go to a court of law to fight for it. It's not valuable because you're right back to square one of what current copyright law is.
