Most of us thought that the fight against GMOs in Europe was won. But unfortunately, this is not the case. Why? The industry is now promoting new techniques of genetic modification and wants these techniques to be treated like regular breeding techniques and not GM techniques…
Should we be afraid of these new GMOs? What can we do about it?
Our guests will help us understand the difference between regular, new and hidden GMOs and why most NGOs and agroecological farmers oppose the deregulation of these new techniques. They will also tell us more about the strategy of the industry to try to impose these new GMOs in the European market.
